Benevolent Buddhawood Essential Oil is an offering of a rapturous remedial bark for the enlightenment of all beings. It is sometimes used as a slightly-less-sweet replacement for Sandalwood in perfumes or blends. Also known as False Sandalwood, Boxwood, and Australian Desert Rosewood, Buddhawood has a woody, earthy and smoky scent that adds a nice base note to smoky, leathery blends.
Scent Description: Wood and moss with a resinous smoky, balsamic leathery gloss.
Blends well with: Sage, Cedar, Bergamot, Jasmine, Vetiver, Patchouli, Palo Santo, Sandalwood, Marjoram, Tangerine, Thyme, and Grapefruit.
Uses: Beloved Buddhawood may be used to anoint the body during meditation while centering emotions and grounding the mind. This oil may have been named for its “Buddha-like” ability to soften frantic thoughts and allow clarity to blossom. Add Buddhawood oil as a fixative or base note in masculine perfumes and colognes. A few drops in a bath or in a diffusor will unleash unparalleled levels of purification.
